2.1 Product Descriptions
SWAG by BaliGoat offers premium batik surfboard covers handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia using waterproof banner PVC material. We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including colors, patterns, and dimensions. However:
- Batik patterns are hand-stamped, so slight variations in pattern placement and color are natural and part of the product's unique character
- Screen and monitor displays may cause colors to appear slightly different from the actual product
- Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our covers
2.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law but do not include shipping charges unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Orders & Acceptance

7.2 Batik Pattern Rights
The batik patterns featured on our surfboard covers are traditional Balinese motifs. Some patterns are original designs created in collaboration with Balinese artisans. These designs are protected as artistic works. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our product designs without express written permission.
7.3 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
